Delicious Citrus Cranberry Scones
During the weekend, I was in the mood for my Citrus Cranberry Scones!
My delicious recipe is non-dairy and contains these ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Coconut Flour
- 1/2 cup organic cane sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 and 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup plant-based butter
- Lime Zest
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar
- 1 large egg
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 Tangerine
- Dried Cranberries
- Oat milk or other Non Dairy Milk
